No development without addressing climate change - intersections between climate and development policies

The climate negotiations have a great bearing on the living conditions and future of the developing countries. Climate change affects people's lives in them through many different mechanisms. It threatens to increase and deepen poverty and hinder the achievement of development objectives. It is therefore important that people and organisations working with development policies and development cooperation are familiar with the debate and the decision-making about climate policies. KEPA commissioned the report "No development without addressing climate change" to present this information in a clear and concise way. On the basis of the report, it is possible to analyse the intersections between climate policy and development policy from the following three perspectives.
